Court and School Based Serivces

  • The Evening Support Center provides evening supervision for youths ages 10-17 and is a collaborative effort between Glove House, Chemung County Department of Social Services, Children’s Integrated Services, the Department of Probation and the Elmira City School District. The program is designed to help youths maintain living in their homes, communities, and schools and prevent them from being placed in detention or residential care.

  • Detention Services provides a residential detention supervised living arrangement for youngsters involved in the Family Court process. All admissions must have a court remand or warrant signed by a Family Court Judge.
