Position Requirements
Program Manager
Supervisory position requiring AA/AAS/BS degree in related field and at least three years experience in residential/foster care or case management. Responsible for the overall management of a department/program.
Assistant Program Manager
Requires an AS degree and one year experience in casework, residential care, group work or counseling. Assists the Manager of the department/program. Works directly with residents and families.
Residential Counselor
Requires a BS degree in related field and one year experience: an AS degree and 3 years experience or a high school diploma and five years experience working with children/teens. Direct care position.
Case Worker/Manager
Requires a BSW or related degree plus a minimum of one year’s experience in casework, group work or individual family counseling. Work with client/parents/families to assess needs and develop service plan and/or goals.
Social Worker
Requires an MSW degree and licensure plus a minimum of one year experience in case management and clinical social work. Responsible for case planning, coordinating, and monitoring services for residents.
Administrative/Support Staff
Opportunities for clerical, maintenance and program support staff such as tutors, summer recreation workers, and cooks. Requirements dependent upon position opening.
Internships/Practicums
Are available on a limited basis to students attending area colleges that are interested in working in the human service field.
