Dr. Keith McGriff
President & CEO
Dr. Keith R. McGriff has been working in the field of human services for 35 years. He started his career as corrections counselor in the state of Georgia . After to moving to New York State, Keith was able to continue his love of service as a social worker. He has over 28 years of supervisory experience and has held several key leadership positions. Keith holds two masters degrees along with a doctorate. Keith played a major role in New York State's Medicaid redesign as he was a strategic member negotiating with federal government to bring better healthcare services for all New Yorkers. He has been a community board member at Strong Developmental Center and along with several others. Keith is a member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity. He was appointed President and CEO of Glove House in October 2022.
To be the President and CEO of Glove House is a privilege and a honor. I serve humbly in the spirit of Chuck and Nellie Jennings as we continue move their vision forward.
